Peter has acted (Revenge of the Nerds and others), he has designed (and written story-lines for) games (the best-selling Cyberpunk CCG), written novels and other spec fiction (like Second Paradigm, which landed him a guest speaker gig with local Mensa on writing true nonlinear concepts), and even gotten nominated for a Bram Stoker Award for his first graphic novel, Behind These Eyes (co-written with Guy Anthony De Marco.) Currently, he is the managing editor of Kevin J. Anderson & Rebecca Moesta’s Wordfire Press and he is working on his next 3 novels with Steven L. Sears. |
It is only natural that, having been raised in farmland, he also has a love for the growing of food and, of course, cooking and joyously consuming it as well. During his time as a professional musician he was also blessed with the opportunity to work with and learn from many talented chefs in the Boulder and Denver areas. In 2007 he acquired a love for craft-brews when he assisted with the opening of the Vine Street Pub in Denver. Mark has written since before he was a teenager and continues to do so daily. He is often inspired by the digital-games medium and hopes to one day own a game design company himself. He recently finished a formal education in computer program design to help further that aspiration. Bloodletting is his second work of fiction, co-authored with his friend, literary mentor, and fellow conspirator, Peter. |
